ORDERING

You can order securely through our website via paypal.

Delivery:
Standard postage and packing charge is calculated by the shopping cart. This should take between 2-5 working days to dispatch. Once dispatch is confirmed, the order should arrive within 3-5 days (UK mainland only). Europe & Worldwide can take between 1-5 weeks depending on location. We do ship worldwide regularly, so order with confidence.
We will do our best to despatch your goods by the next working day, during busy periods this may take longer, but we’ll let you know.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied by the products we make, we’ll be very surprised and of course a little upset. But in the unlikely event that our product fails you in any way, then return them to us and we will replace them or exchange them for you. Please remember to use proof of posting from the post office if returning your items to us.
